Il Belvedere villa is a splendid farmhouse (470 m2) restored carefully and tastefully in the green hills of the Mugello, near the small town of Grezzano (food shops). Peaceful position. Good views over the countryside.

The house is surrounded by a park with swimming pool (6x12 m.) and barbecue.

Guests also have a heated open air whirlpool bath available to them.

INTERIORS: (Villa) Downstairs: living room, large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 2 double rooms with toilet and shower, laundry (washing machine). Relaxation area with sauna.

Upstairs: large and panoramic living room with fireplace, sitting room with satellite TV, kitchen/dining room, 2 double rooms with toilet and shower, 1 double room with toilet and bath, 1 double room and 1 twin bed room with shared toilet and bath. 4 additional beds.

Very comfortably furnished with antique elements.

2 cots and 2 high chairs (free) are available to be requested at the moment of booking.
